How Do I Avoid Damage to My Lawn in the Winter?
Do not forget your lawn in winter months. For the final fall mowing, cut your lawn short to help avoid snow mold damage. Beware of excessive salt deposited on your lawn from snow plows, any build up of salt may cause damage to your grass. Remove leaves and other debris in late fall before the first snow sets in to help prevent snow mold from appearing.
